The estate is located in a picturesque place on the shore of Lake Narushovskoye in the village of Narushovo, Glubokoye district, Vitebsk region, 180 km from Minsk.

A fenced area of 2 hectares. You will surely love the large plot with many ornamental trees and plants, an orchard, a pier and access to the lake.

Guests are offered a spacious and cosy house that guarantees a comfortable rest and sound sleep (built from hardwood logs). The three‑storey house for rent consists of 6 cosy rooms, designed to accommodate up to 17 people overnight.

1st floor: spacious entrance hall, toilet, fireplace hall for 20 people (satellite TV, modern music equipment, karaoke, Wi‑Fi). Kitchen with all necessary equipment and utensils. A spacious covered veranda for 20 people overlooking the lake. Russian sauna with a rest room and shower cabins.

2nd floor: 4 comfortable rooms. The luxury room has a double bed, pull‑out armchair, wardrobe, bedside tables, private bathroom, air conditioning. Two double rooms have a double bed, pull‑out armchair, wardrobe, bedside tables (one of them has air conditioning). One triple room is furnished with 3 single beds, wardrobe and bedside tables. There are two toilets and a shower cabin on the floor.

3rd floor: billiards area and two double rooms (each with two single beds, bedside tables).

On the estate grounds by the lake you can use a barbecue oven for cooking shashlik. Catering can be arranged if needed. For your celebration you can use either the covered terrace or the banquet hall for 20 people.

Wi‑Fi. Car park. For guests, hunting and fishing can be arranged in the leased hunting grounds of 48.2 thousand hectares. Rifled and smooth‑bore weapons are available for rent.
