Berezok Estate

The Berezhok estate is located in a beautiful location in the Vileika district, 50 km from Minsk. It offers a comfortable setting for relaxation, weddings, corporate events, and other events. It boasts a private fenced property (over 2 hectares), a private lake, and a sauna with access to the lake. The sauna is equipped with a relaxation room and four showers. The property includes two fully equipped two-story residential buildings and a playhouse.

The large house can accommodate up to 20 guests. It offers five rooms: one two-room and four one-room suites on the second floor. Each room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a toilet, and a sink. Depending on the room type, rooms include either a sofa or a sofa bed. On the ground floor, there is a room with two single beds, a fireplace room (for up to 20 people), and a banquet hall (for up to 100 people) equipped with professional music equipment and a sound system.

We offer a professional active acoustic system with CRAAFT (Germany) 3000W subwoofers, a mixing console, a Lexicon effects processor, and a Beyerdynamic wireless microphone system. The sound and light equipment includes laser effects and WASH moving heads. Modes include fireworks, twinkling stars, and a meteor shower. A 2x3 meter light screen is also available. An LED strobe light is also available for club music.

The ground floor of the house also features a kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances. Adjacent to the main house is a covered terrace accommodating up to 30 people.

The second residential building, accommodating up to 12 people, consists of five rooms. The first floor has two rooms with three single beds each, while the second floor has two rooms with double beds and one room with two single beds. Each floor has its own bathroom.

In the game house you can play table tennis and Russian billiards. Two gazebos and a barbecue area are located on the territory, as well as a veranda (capacity up to 30 people) overlooking the fountain and the lake. There is a pond with an improved shoreline where you can go boating.

Family holidays at Berezok Estate will delight young guests (a children’s playground, sandbox, trampoline). There is an enclosure for beautiful ornamental birds, including peacocks and pheasants.

Weddings, corporate events and other celebrations can be arranged – the banquet hall can seat up to 100 guests. There is also a pond where fishing is available for outdoor enthusiasts. A guarded car park, Wi‑Fi, karaoke, and catering (upon request) are provided.
