Berezok Estate

Berezok Estate is located in a beautiful area of Vileyka district, only 49 km from Minsk. It offers comfortable relaxation, weddings, corporate events and other celebrations. The fenced territory (over 2 hectares) includes a private lake, a Russian sauna with direct access to the lake. The sauna has a rest room and shower cabins. There are two fully equipped two‑storey residential houses and one game house on the grounds.

The large house can accommodate up to 16 guests. It features 5 rooms: one two‑room suite and four one‑room suites. Each room has a double bed, wardrobe, toilet and washbasin. On the ground floor there is a fireplace hall (up to 20 people) and a banquet hall (up to 100 people) equipped with professional music equipment and light effects.

We offer a professional active sound system + subwoofers CRAAFT (Germany) 3000W, a mixing console, Lexicon effects processor, Beyerdynamic radio microphone system. Light equipment – lighting fixtures with laser effects and moving head spots WASH. Modes: fireworks, star twinkling, meteor shower. A 2х3 metre light screen. LED strobe for club music.

The first floor also has a kitchen fully equipped with all necessary appliances. Near the main house there is a covered terrace with a capacity of up to 30 people.

The second residential house can accommodate up to 14 guests. It includes 5 rooms – 2 rooms with double beds and 3 rooms each with 3 single beds. Depending on the room type, the rooms offer either sofas or armchair beds.

In the game house you can play table tennis and Russian billiards. Two gazebos and a barbecue area are located on the territory, as well as a veranda (capacity up to 30 people) overlooking the fountain and the lake. There is a pond with an improved shoreline where you can go boating.

Family holidays at Berezok Estate will delight young guests (a children’s playground, sandbox, trampoline). There is an enclosure for beautiful ornamental birds, including peacocks and pheasants.

Weddings, corporate events and other celebrations can be arranged – the banquet hall can seat up to 100 guests. There is also a pond where fishing is available for outdoor enthusiasts. A guarded car park, Wi‑Fi, karaoke, and catering (upon request) are provided.
